Crazy In Love ...... Help required
Before I lose the plot with the rest of my band ...................
Does anyone have any sort of sample/patch I can use for Beyonce song ???????
Just the sax/brass riff. Everything i try comes out weedy/orchestral/too much organ/thin sax etc etc.
Am too old to try and work out sampling !!
Cheers folks

Re: Crazy In Love ...... Help required
Just found this and notice no replies !!!
Am similarly placed now and am fed up with moaning sax players .........
Pretty please, don't even care if the sample is massive (size), just need something and whatever I do with horns/brass/organ simply cannot get close to a reasonable sound. Maybe a thread for another day but why is the brass so poor when everything else is great.
Thanks in advance

Re: Crazy In Love ...... Help required
For this song I would use a synth brass patch with unison.
Use some EQ to boost the lower parts.
Pop/funk brass and pop-string sounds/samples are the weak points from Nord.

Thanks you (TvR69).
When you say unison are you meaning doubling the sound across both pads, octave apart, or a specific setting ??
Cheers

Try the brass and organ combo I use for Peter Gabriel’s Sledgehammer. Demonstration video and programs here:
