Nord website Contact Form not working

Since the only contact form is the support page of their website, which points back to the distributors, I guess the only real source of such information for them would be this forum. But we are where we are, so either they don't look at it, or they do yet till think everything is OK.

There's the tech support form (https://www.nordkeyboards.com/support) and the feedback form (https://www.nordkeyboards.com/about-us/feedback). Two ways to go.

I was just about to mention the same, and I think that messages sent via the support form are forwarded by Nord to the appropriate distributor in charge, but should not be expected to be acknowledged or answered by Nord themselves in any way.

I would use the other option called feedback form to complain about the support quality of a certain distributor, for which I would expect a feedback from Nord then.

As me and Schorsch said, the "support" form doesn't go to Nord, only to the local distributor. The "feedback" form I don't know, but I wouldn't hope for a feedback "from" Nord since it's meant to mean that the user (we) gives them feedback.

There should at least be an acknowledgement from Nord for feedbacks related to dissatisfaction about Nord's support providers, but real life experience was different in the past so you may be right unfortunately :(

In a optimal world they should be at least "witnessing" the exchange between the customer and the support, even if the latter is taken care of by distributors. That would be the best way for Nord to know if and how the distributor is doing his job. I don't know if this already happens or not, but if it does, then "something" else is off for sure...

There is no contact with customers from Nord directly. I and other have tried emailing and calling and they never respond.

Distributors are, well, distributors. You can draw your own conclusions on how much help the dudes at Guitar Center or Sweetwater are going to be for you.

Nord used to have an "unofficial" representative on this board who, while working for American Music and Sound, was also sanctioned by Clavia and featured on their website. He was a lot of help, but he's been gone for several years now and was never replaced, either by Clavia or AMS.

Bottom line is we, the humble idiots of this forum, are finally all you have.

Were your attempts to communicate with them in a similar vein to your interactions here on the forum?
