NE6 - Square hole on the backside
I've just noticed that my NE6 has a square hole next to the monitor input that you can see through to the motherboard.
I'm wondering about the purpose of this hole, as I very much fear that dust and dirt could also get into the NE6.
(In the manual I did not find anything about it)

Yes, it's used at the Nord factory to program and test things. Not meant to be used by the end owner.
Dust isn't more likely to get in there than it is from any other inlet, such as the audio outs.

It's for aliens. They can drive their saucers with a well-programmed Electro.
