best nord for celeste/harp/harpsichord/piano

I am needing a keyboard for use by the Olympia Symphony when we need to duplicate sounds of the celeste, harp, and harpsichord for minor parts, and also piano when not in a concert hall. Suggestions for the best model for this purpose?

Hello, and welcome to the Forum! For your stated use, I would lean toward the Nord Grand over the Piano 5 for more of a grand piano feel. However, if you anticipate use of a few instruments within the same song, the Piano 5 offers 2 Piano engines, 2 sample engines, and the latest sample format. For celeste, harp, harpsichord, a 73-key Nord Piano or Electro 6 would do. (Probably not a 61, because the 61 C-to-C range may not cover the needed span, you may need available 61 keys F-to-F for harpsichord repertoire.) But for the piano use, you can need the full 88 (and may also prefer the better actions in the Nord 88s). So the short answer is: Any Nord with 88 keys will do. Your preference for one such model over another would probably be based on the feel of the action, with the Nord Grand having the action most prefer for piano.
