I tried calling - got a voicemail. I just sent an email and got a robo-response saying they will respond soon. Stay tuned.

Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I'm trying to think of reasons why this is the way it is. The two different Restore archives seems an outright blunder. But maybe they are holding back the sample updates from the site o they can release them with lots of fanfare when they release a new board later this spring, or at NAMM?

Could be. Or maybe they are making changes targeted at NP5 new features only (or mainly) and they want to consolidate them before distributing on the official Library, maybe also to have time for some OS updates for other models to fully support them (?)

The wurli samples are the problem. Those are just like the enhanced Rhodes samples that were released a few years ago…I can’t think of any reason to hold those back. The current two public wurli files are 10 and 12 years old and frankly are pretty weak.

Yes and the weird thing is that if I am a NP5 owner and I just want to load/reload one of those samples, if I didn't notice the version of the NP5 factory ones I am going to download the older version...

Good that this NUF thread exists then, while Nord will "recover" and update the Piano library on their website hopefully soon

Funny, I have a Legend 70’s and a Numa X Piano, but am returning each time on the Nord just for the Wurlitzer piano.
Now, if Nord would release a new Stage with the same 73 or 76 TP110 keybed as in the Numa, my credit card would be ready

Yeah, in the grand scheme of things, Nord is a very small company. They're not like a Yamaha or Roland who might have a team of 35-40 people just working specifically in software design or R&D or marketing, etc.

That's 4am for me. Pass. Especially because I doubt I'll get any answer on anything - I'm sure others have tried. Oh by the way - I did send them an email to the address in their voice response - I never heard back from anyone, either at Clavia or a distributor.

Same here, although I would prefer an Electro over the Stage. Speculation seems a new Stage will drop before an Electro due to the recent price and availability fluctuations of the Stage 3.

The Numa X Piano 73 has caught my eye recently. It seems the OS update and new piano samples have put some appeal in the product. It's also less than half the price of a new Electro. I'm pretty tempted at the moment.
