Hi All.
I new to Nord so perhaps I'm doing something wrong.....
So when I put together my own program ( mix piano/pad sound/organ) and save it. I have several variations saved. So when I play live notice the volumes drastically changes if I attempt todrop the volume on the piano section, as an example, or raise the organ in relation to where it was.
If i'm dropping the volume it drasticllay drops although on the physcical know I only moved it slighty.
Is this normal?

When you save the program after having tweaked the volume, the current position is saved. However, when you load the program, the current position can be far from where it was saved. As soon as you touch the knob, it jumps to the new position - which could be far away - and hence you get a jump.

If you know you need to adjust it, read the current value (shift knob on some electros) and put the knob close before you start playing. Or you may be able to use a volume (control) pedal instead to control some parts?

I wonder why on earth clavia decided to withdraw those fantastic led buttons of Nord Lead3, they should have applied them on every other forthcoming board!

I dont know either - but it could be related to cost or complexity of the design/manufacturing?

Hello All.
So my NE6HP suddenly went off while playing.. I checked the power source supply, also used another power cable but it wont come on..
Anyone experienced this or has a possible solution to this.

Hi All.

My NE6 HP keeps resetting to start up sound ( in my case the A1 positon with 3D grand).
So when I turn on the Nord and select say ... the Grand Imperial on position A4 and start to play... a few seconds later the Nord resets to the start up A1 3D grand and then I cannot change it even if I move the dials ...its stuck.

I have to swtich off the Nord and on again... its happening all the time now

Does anyone know of thsi issue or can assist me?

If you have anything MIDI-related going on, it could be something sending a program change message to your NE6.

I did use it as midi in studio for come recording - but not live on stage.
