I've recently updated my old Nord Stage 76 rev B to the last OS 5.08 available on the Nord official website, and it completely messed up my keyboard!!! and now it is restarting over and over as soon as I touch a key....no way to stop it!
I don't know what happen.. but I'd like to reset everything and reinstall the previous OS. The only problem is that I don't have it anymore!
So I'm looking for previous versions of the Nord Stage Classic OS befor ver. 5.08.. it seems impossible to find them on the web...
Please if someone has any previous version to share with me I will be very thankful!
Go to the Nord website, look up the update history and select the OS version you would want. Then get the newest OS download address copied and just switch the OS number - there is a good chance that you get what you are looking for.
Good luck with that idea. Maybe you try to reinstall 5.08 again before downgrading.

But ther eis nothing todo.... no possibility to downgrade the keyboard... weird...
I really don't know what to do.. is there any "hard manual reset" possible with any combinations of buttons/ keys???
You can try to boot the NS in Firmware "Update mode", following this procedure:
Hold down the Shift + Store buttons on the unit while powering it up. This will start the unit in the Update Mode, which will allow the Update Tool to connect with the unit more easily.
maybe in that mode it will accept to downgrade, otherwise write to Nord Italian distributor (Algam Eko) and ask for support.

Nothing man.... No way, it doesn't work...
I will probably contact the Italian distributor...
and now it is restarting over and over as soon as I touch a key....no way to stop it!
