I have one key kind of saying "broken" that it could lift up a bit, and you can hear the bounce back noise, but it doesn't affect with the sound and function. How am I gonna fix this?

Re: Nord Grand key problem
Hi,
I assume your keyboard is under warranty.
If I were you I would return it to your retailer.
The key seems broken and at this prize, I wouldn't take any risk.

Did you ever get this repaired? One of my keys is exhibiting the same behavior. Thankss991534 wrote:I have one key kind of saying "broken" that it could lift up a bit, and you can hear the bounce back noise, but it doesn't affect with the sound and function. How am I gonna fix this?

Re: Nord Grand key problem
The tech opened my keyboard and it turns out the weight in the key mechanism was banging against one of the cables in the unit.
