NE3 Issue: Pressing one key changes the program sound

Hi there,
I've had my nord electro 3 HP for years now, I've had different issues related to dirty contacts, but this time the issue is different (and not solved by opening and regular cleaning).

When played a specific key (B1), the key triggers a program change on the keyboard. It does not really stay in another program, but if the key is pressed, the keyboard starts to move all nobs and programs on its own.

Anyone could help out?
