Nord Lead 2X led problem

Hello,
I have a Nord Lead 2X keyboard and this problem showed up recently:
Some of the leds don't light up fully for some specific patches.

For example:
Lets say i activate the LP 12db filter. The led lights up fully.
If i select square waves in the oscillators section, the LP 12db led will dim down a bit.
If i use the "assign" button and the led lights up, the LP 12db lead will dim even more.
This leads to a complete turned off LP 12db led for some specific patches!

The sound is ok, everything sounds right when i tweak these parameters. It is a visual thing but very annoying since there may be active leds that don't show up or are really dimmed down and hard to see.

This happens for some of the leds not all of them.

I gave the keyboard to a tech guy but he said everything seems to be working fine and that i should do try factory reset, but there is no factory reset, just factory presets. I tried every bank and preset (even the factory preset) and the problem is still visible.

Anyone experienced this? Any thoughts?
