Thanks all for input and opinions. I feel the same - the size, weight and touch of this keybed is great. Basically I have to questions left- as this lubricate option solves the problem for good, why does the constructer not use that option from the beginning, or are they not aware?
If I want to get it fixed for good - would there be any third parties helping me out? Thanks for the help

Agreed. Jut a bit of extra diligence on Fatar's part would go a long way with customer satisfaction. Nord should lean heavier on them about it.

Thanks!

Hi Tom. I’ve used Molykote 55 from Dow Corning. It’s an O-ring lubricant and is kind to plastics.

I too have this issue. Is there a guide somewhere as to the best way of lubricating the keys? I would like to fix this myself but am unsure how to go about it.
