I would recommend you that you look for USB interface that has separate power cable. I personally find that kind of cards more friendly with lower latency and using higher buffer size. Thinking of Focusrite Scarlett 8i6 3rd Gen or Steinberg UR44C

You may have realized it after, that you just replied to a 9 years old post?
But I agree with your point, btw I use a Ultralite MK3 Hybrid and a Yamaha AG03.

Exactly. We should really only be recommending interfaces which were available in 2012.
hahahaha, I didn't even saw that it's a post from 2012.
I saw it in my "new" section so I wasn't looking at the date [emoji38]
I guess you didn't read the thread or the posts right above your reply either, before replying then
But yes, this happens from time to time. I also use the unread threads feature to follow the forum and it's easy to miss the fact when someone resurrects an old thread (which you didn't do as it happened before your reply).

It’s still ok to respond regardless. It may not necessarily be to the original author but the question was ‘Which USB audio interface?’( which is still relevant and not an outdated issue). For the benefit of more current readers, it’s still relevant provided that responders are aware it’s an older post and the answers reference currently available products.
