Three Dead Keys in the upper treble last two Octaves

I have a problem that I need some help with. I have a Nord Electro 4 HP that has been a solid work horse for nearly 5 years. I now have 3 dead keys starting with and F - C# and A. I followed some advise and replaced the contact strips with new ones for those two octaves but the problems remain. There is no sound for either Piano or Organ Mode. The three key contacts are just dead. Could this be a ribbon problem? Or, is that long circuit board on the top half of the keyboard defective? It is a Fatar TP100 keybed I believe. Can it be repaired or does it need to be replaced? Is there a replacement Part number for it? I think there are a total of 28 screws half above the duo contacts and the other half below. I will appreciate any suggestions and advise because I need to get my favorite keyboard back to 100% operation.

Hi, first of all check the connector between the keys and the decoding board (I don't remember if it is separate or the mainboard) is properly seated. If that check doesn't solve then I suggest you send it to an authorized repair shop, you can contact US Nord distributor (see Nord website distributors page) and ask for the nearest in your area.

HI, I had similar problem few days ago but only one key was dead. After opening my electro I discovered a single piece of dust on the key rubber contact... I could not believe that such a small particle could stop key working. Now I know what tools I need in my travel case all the time....
Anyhow you need to open it and check the ribbon cables first as maxpiano mentioned. Easy fix if you have basic tools at home.

If I count correctly, these appear to be spaced apart by eight keys. The keybeds use a key matrix to minimize the number of signal lines needed to detect key presses. This means keys share signal lines.
For only three keys to be completely dead, I expect the cause is a damaged trace or via (via = metal-plated hole through the board that connects traces on opposite sides of the printed circuit board).

The likeliest cause for a failed trace is a liquid spill causing corrosion of the trace or via. -Did you see any evidence during your first repair attempt?
--If you see this, the repair only requires basic soldering skills. If possible use a multimeter to check connectivity along the circuit board traces.
