Hi,
I just want to show my DIY Halfmoon Switch for the Nord Stage 3
I have 3D printed the housing on my XYZ DaVinci 3in1 Pro printer and used a guitar type 5 way switch. I ordered a 3-way switch but i needed a 5-way switch.
The 3 way is similar use the 5 way switch, I only needed to cut the connection between terminal 2 -3 and 6-7.
Normally you can use a 3-way switch if you want to have to original setting as followed
Left position - Slow Leslie
Middle Position - Stop function
Right position - Fast Leslie
But i wanted another configuration like this:
Left position- Stop function
Middle position - Leslie Slow
Right position - Leslie Fast
Just another DIY which saved me a lot of money. I find it really ridiculous why a the original switch has to cost so much. I made this thing myself for about € 10,-
Have fun.

Looks neat and fine. In any case, this is the prove that you can do it.
You didn't want to round the top edge? Or do you need it for stability reasons?
And did you keep the screws or changed them into flat head screws? They don't bother?

Great job! Isn't however more convenient to have slow and fast at the extremes of the travel of the switch? Since the hand movements are quick, isn't in this way easier to accidentally stop the rotors while trying to put them on slow? Just my thoughts.
