Hi,
I have owned my Nord Piano3 for 3 years without any issues... It's been gently used and well cared for. Now, all of a sudden, I have 11 dead keys in a clear pattern. My local Nord repair shop is closed for the foreseeable future due to covid and I prefer not to ship it. Has anyone seen this before and know how to fix it? The dead keys are as follows...
Bb1 F#1 D2 Bb3 F#3 D4 Bb5 F#5 D6 Bb7 F#7
I've done the OS updates and a factory reset with no luck. Any help would be so greatly appreciated!

Re: 11 DEAD KEYS IN PATTERN... PLEASE HELP!
The keys are scanned in a matrix where each key is connected to two wires in a unique pattern.
The ones you mention are very likely connected to the same wire.
So this is most certainly related to one wire that's not connected properly. It can be a loose connector or a cold solder joint (or less likely a chip malfunction).
You could consider opening it up and check that all connectors are firmly seated, but take care not to break anything in the process.

Thank you so much for this! I opened it up as you suggested and I think that a wire wasn’t connected. I just unplugged and replugged each wire and now all the keys are working again.
Thanks again!
