The drawbar style LEDs are a different colour to that normally used. Also they are not located where the organ section has traditionally been on the stage. I don't think this is a stage 3ex. I'd also be surprised if it was a Stage 4.
I think the LEDs must be for something else and it is a new Lead or Wave, although I think the Lead is more likely.
This thread takes me right back to December 2014, when a very similar teaser video was analyzed in only slightly less detail than the Zapruder film. Everybody got it wrong back then, but the correct answer ended up being my first, and still current, Nord:
Looks like Nord achieved exactly what they seem to be aiming at from a 4 second, fully blurred video - starting intense speculations and gaining attraction about what's coming next. Marketing from Sweden is good
These users thanked the author Schorsch for the post:
If you pause the video, the knob-to-panel ratio seems odd... As if the panel is smaller than usual, compared to any offering in the current product lineup. I still think it's a MiniNord of some kind.

I live in the same block as the Clavia factory in Södermalm
whenever I go to work and I pass by while they are loading some truck I'm always graced with the glimpse of Nords on those shelves way inside
always hoping to see something different than the Stage 3
I'd be very happy to see a new synth!
Just bought an used Nord Lead 4 to join my A1, A1r, Wave and Rack 2
Man, I LOVE their sound
I am voting for new synth. There is a master level knob to the left of what appears to be synth section - you can see the LFO section and a section labeled "Voice Mode". That is the typical format for their synths. They have never put out a stage with that format.
I would guess the green LED are some kind of mixer section for multiple layers.....
The biggest Swedish retailer in Stockholm currently withholding nord lead a1 and 4 sales (*ask us for delivery time*)
They were always in stock. All other nord products currently are.
All my chips and my heart goes to a new synth (whichever format factor it would be)
