Nord 2X incorrect ROM patches

I did a search but nothing about this came up. Is it a known issue that the ROM (not RAM) Program Banks of the 2X do not match to the patchnames listed in the manual?

I discovered that Bank 9 on my Nord Rack 2x should start with 'Flange Bass' but it doesn't. I then discovered that the rest of Bank 9 ROM doesn't match the names listed in the manual either. I do have a separate dump of what the bank SHOULD be which I can load into any RAM bank - but it isn't stored in ROM 9 where it should be.

I then found 'Flange Bass' in 8.2 and that should have been 'Aurora Borealis' !!

I then powered up my 2x keyboard and was surprised to find that was the same. I have no idea what sounds are in Bank 9 ROM. Anyone else got this? Does your Bank 9 ROM start with 'Flange Bass'? Surely I can't be the first to discover something isn't quite right.
