For the intro start with a square or pulse wave. Amp env with zero attack, bit of decay - say 4 or 5. Add some reverb, that's about all.
For the other hook, layer a couple of sawtooths an octave apart, put some detune on one. These aren't overly complex sounds. Just mess around!
