Nord Lead 3 encoders - are mine messed up? Help! :)

Hey Nord Lead 3 owners out there, I need to know something.

I've just picked up an NL3 with encoders that range from "zippily tactile" to "might be scratchy" to "buttery smooth" all randomly distributed... what's normal for these and is it anything to worry about?

Same thing here: some of them crunchy, but at least seem to work.

carefully pull the knobs and clean them with DeOxit D5, replace the knobs and work the pots.
