Synth section problem - Repeated Notes cutting off - OS 2.0
Hi,
Has anyone experienced note cutoff on synth section when playing repeated notes fast? I've already have this issue with previous updates, and in some others they fixed.
Description of the problem: When using sample (Strings ensemble for example) and playing the same note repeated and quick (no sustain), the new note cut off the "release" of the previous note. If we increase the release time, the issue becomes more evident.

Hi, now i hear it on my NS3 73, especialy on repieted strings' notes.

I think this issue began at OS 1.50 and was fixed on OS 1.60.
Now we have this issue again on 2.02. Lets wait nord fix this problem on next update.

Have you opened a support ticket at Nord about this? They don't read this forum for support issues at all, so no action will be taken unless you notify them about it. The more the better.

Hi. Yes, I also have this issue .......also mainly by playing strings. Sounds like the polyphony reached maximum ..... which can't be.
Thought it was fixed some OS before.......but seems like it came back with OS 2.02.

I just sent a message to support relating the problem. Let's see if they give any answer.

I received an answer from a local dealer in my Country asking me to go to the local store so that the attendants help me with the problem. It's obvious that will not help because it's a software bug, not a hardware issue or settings setup.Renato wrote:I just sent a message to support relating the problem. I'd suggest you contact Nord tech support directly, not your local dealer. Your local dealer doesn't handle the software side of things.

I was just sending a message thru the technical support at Nord...... describing this issue.
@ Renato ........... maybe it would be good if you are doing the same ....... so that they see that more people have this problem.

I did this too. I filled the website form. In the same day they redirected to a local dealer in Brazil asking me to bring my NS3 to LBS where I bought it. I replied explaining the problem was software update, not hardware. The dealer replied thanks me. And that was it. No feedback from Clavia (up to now).
