Why? This is from and to the NS2... nothing to do with the sample converter.

I agree with Analogika in that the Sample Converter is not necessary since the Sound Manager does the conversion as well. What I am thinking of though is why a sample file is modified when loading into the NS2 and then back to the computer, and also what exactly has been modified - maybe some parts in the sample which could make it work in a different way than the original one, who knows? It’s at least weird ....
I will also check if the something similar happens with .nsmp3 files when loading a sample into the NS3 and then back to the computer. Have also sent a message about it to Nord‘s support, let’s see what their response is
