I am considering the purchase of a NORD Piano 4. With respect to split points and layering - I am interested in spliting the keyboard at C3. I want C3 and below to sample an accoustic bass. From C3 and above, I want the keyboard to layer both a piano and string combination. Is this possible? (Essentially, three instruments, Bass, Piano & Strings with one split point.) Thank you. Frank. Nope, just one Synth engine and one piano, which can be EITHER split OR layered.
