I know, in the manual page 29 it is written "The Nord Stage 3“ pitch stick, pedals and morph controls does not have any impact on the sound engine that is in Dual KB mode, but.....at the "NS-EX" (not NS 2-EX) you can occupy sounds on slot A slot B and DUAL KB.....and that works, also the morph controls! It's a big bug.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean, but if you're saying that Dual KB mode works differently on the NS3 than it did on older models, that's not a bug, it's by design.

+1 , a design choice (though questionable) is not a “bug”

Something that works exactly the way it is described in the manual is by definition not a bug.

You have an external controller with the controller attachments like a pitch bend and mod wheel — and a volume pedal — and use that to control one of the sections on the Nord.

Why would you expect the sustain and volume, etc. of the Nord to apply to something that is specifically under EXTERNAL control?

We'd have no way to independently control the sounds we're playing directly on the Nord if that were the case!

Edit: Or do control pedals attached to the external controller not work in Dual KB mode? I can't test that at the moment. I agree it would suck if that were the case.

For me it does not usually seem that you play with 2 sustain and 2 volume pedal ..... in this case I have to additionally buy 2. pedals
and a new external keyboard, because my old one has no volume connection, but I love to play organ unt synth on this key. Anyway, i was happy with the NS-EX 76 and for me this is a step back. Thanks and good day.

If I were using a second keyboard to play the organ, I'd find it extremely annoying if the pedal I was using to morph between synth sounds also controlled the volume of the organ.

I’m usually playing two, sometimes 3 different keyboards on stage and never share pedals, I want to have dedicated pedals for each of them. The flip side is that the floor under my keyboard stand looks like a guitarist’s huge pedal board
