Not a good sign, could be a HW problem, try to reload the latest OS and if you still get the same error send your NS3 to assistance.

I can’t make firmware update with the latest os. Nord can’t load boot itself(

There should be a procedure to boot the Nord in “Update Mode” by keeping some buttons pressed at power on, at least there used to be until the NS2 (holding shift+store at power on) but I am not sure about NS3, i.e. if the same combination works.
