Nord Lead 2X vs. Moog Sub Phatty
I am thinking about getting either a RackNL2x or Moog SubPhatty and am interested in hearing comments about anyone who has experience with either one. Currently have a NE5 and would be using this as a controller. Is this a easy connection? Mostly interested in Synth bass so the Moog appeals to me. Cost for the RNL2x is about $800 (used) and the Moog is under $700 (new).

The NE5 has neither a pitchbend nor modulation controller, both of which are needed to take advantage of the synths you are looking at. Sub Phatty probably better of your choices, or Sub 37.
