Wow, this forum is amazing. I'm already 1000% more satisfied with my organ sound right now that I was this morning when I posted!
Ok, one more question.
I think part of my problem was that the organ patches I was using still had the Rotor ON (I am routing everything to a Leslie). When I switch the Rotor off, it sounds so much better since they're not competing. Is there a way to set EVERY Organ sound on the keyboard to, by default, have the Rotary Effect OFF?

By just switching 'rotor off' you're only half way there. If you are using a Leslie, then that's awesome, but you will want to do more than stop the rotor. I would turn the source button 'off'. It's the gray button located above 'rotor stop'. You can go to the Global menu and route ALL of the organ patches to 3/4 outputs. What I don't like about that is you will not have any reverb on the organ patches. If your Leslie has on-board reverb then you're all set.
