I have the Roland SA-300, which has not much differences to the SA-1000 afaik. It is lightweight and for small to medium venues very good. It also does sound reasonable good with digital acoustic piano sounds. You can also use it as PA for microphones. It depends for what you want to use it. Don't know anything about the small leslie.

I would also recommend the Roland SA300 (or maybe SA1000). It's a really good sounding lightweight stereo keyboard amp. Particularly Leslie Sim sounds great if "Wide" is activated on the SA300.
