Rotary mutes sound on organ setting

Trying to use the rotary function and change the speed between fast and slow, when it is on piano or synth sound comes out but the rotary doesnt function, when I select the organ setting for the rotary, the sound disappears and there's silence. I'm new to nords so sorry if this is a silly question. I'll try to attach video
Nord stage 3 compact 73 live mode.
Video shows sound working on first 2 live programs then the 3rd has no sound

What's your output routing? Engaging the rotary will always force the organ to be routed to 1&2 out: "Sounds using the Rotary effect are always routed to outputs 1-2, regardless of Output Routing settings." But that should be true for all engines...

Output routing mode in system is global, panel a output (glob) 3 off (1-2)

You were right. Just switched my output cord to 2 instead of 3. Thanks!

That means: You can easily forward the organ engine to output 3 and there connect an external rotary device (like the Neo Vent), but as soon as you switch on the internal rotary, the sound goes down the standard outs.
