Sound Manager - Organize programs

Everything about Nord keyboards in general; which one to choose, the sound manager, sample editor, and general discussion about the sample and piano libraries.

Sound Manager - Organize programs

Post by LudovicVDP »

Hi all,

Let's say I have all my programs like this: Song1-Song2-Song3-Song4-.....-Song40
Let's then say that we decide that we'll play Song2 between Song39 and Song40 at the next gig.

With the Soung Manager, I can only swap programs apparently. This means that If I drag Song2 between Song39 and Song40, Song2 and song39 will swap.
I'll have then Song1-Song39-Song3-....-Song38-Song2-Song40, which is not what I want.
In fact, I would need to swap Song2 with Song3, then Song2 with Song4, etc... up to the end, which is not very convenient.

Do you have a better solution? Did I miss something? How do you cope with this? Is there a way to move a program between programs?
I know one solution would be a tablet with SetListMaker or BandHelper, but I'm not looking to invest right now.

Thanks

Ps: Blur jokes accepted

Not really sure what you mean but you can select more than one program and drag / drop a block of programs to create an empty space.
