Hi! I am very new to Nord, recently got a Stage 3 and was wondering how I would go about getting a sample of a song from spotify. I have the sample editor but I’m not sure what I’d need to record it and get it into the right format to generate a sample on my stage 3.
If anyone could help explain that would be grand

How to get the MP3-Player:
Upload a MP3 file where you play some notes using your sample.
Click the "PLACE INLINE" button after uploading the MP3 sample in order to automatically create a Flash MP3 player in your post!

Congrats and welcome. If you have a PC, Audacity is a free program you could use to record audio from your computer to a WAV file, which can then be imported to Nord Sample Editor. Here are instructions on using Audacity:

Hi Dylan and welcome on the NUF!
Hext to that (what ajstan said), there are tools (google: spotify downloader) to stream/download spotify tracks.
Make sure you are saving them as the proper WAV format (see Nord Manual).
There are many posts about creating samples in Nord Sample Editor. Make sure to use the powerful search option on this forum!
