I try to understand my new Nord Lead A1. There ist one question where I could not find the answer concerning the like function in the manual.
I can see the like buffer L 1... in the display when I store a sound in the like buffer. I found out that touching a key A - D brings me back to the performance or programm list in the display. But I found no way to come back to the Like-List in the display without storing something in the like buffer.
I appreciate any help...
Thanks
koloman

Ididn't find any other solution either. It feels a bit like a tweak. Positively speaking, you could also consider it a matter of efficiency that there's only one way of getting into the like-menu: by saving something into it.

Re: A1 Newcomers question
my understanding is that like functions as a stack. each time you press it, it remembers everything. you can then later go up or down the stack. this is saved until you power off the a1.

Re: A1 Newcomers question
Hi, I have a NL4 but remembered this from the A1 manual:
> The Like memory browser becomes available when a program or performance is Liked, indicated by the initial letter “L” in the display. Browse through the Liked sounds by turning the Program Dial. Press Store if you want to permanently store the liked sound to one of the regular memory locations, or just press Exit to leave the Like memory browser.
Also:
> If a program or a performance is identical with what was previously saved in the Like memory, it will not be saved again.
So the only way to get back to the Like queue is to Like something... I will refrain from commenting on the logic behind that choice or the impact on user-friendliness
Hope that provides an answer.

Re: A1 Newcomers question
Thanks. But I like ("like" is everywhere) my new A1 nevertheless very much. An endless story of sounds.
