Does anyone know of a way to slow down a track without changing the pitch?
Im struggling with some licks....

If you have a Mac or iOS device, try the Anytune app.

The Audacity software can do that (Google for "Audacity time stretch")

I use the free Virtual DJ for all my prep and for teaching. It’s in the Mac App Store, and the Windows Version is available for free on their website (it will try to install the usual Firefox toolbar crapware under Windows, though, so be careful). It can set loops, transpose by half-tone steps, and with key lock switched on, you can slow it down for transcription or practise.

On mac I use "transcribe" app. Very handy.
