I've recently updated the firmware on my NS3 to 1.26. The pitch bend stick no longer seems to work? I have checked that the PSTICK LED is activated on the programmes and have tried power cycling but to not avail. Has anyone else had a similar problem or can anyone recommend a fix (I'm hoping it's not a hardware issue on a new keyboard)

I've had this happen once and I had to restart the unit to regain functionality of the pitch stick

You could reinstall the previous firmware and see if your pitch stick works again

The pitch stick on my NS3 88 stopped working and needed replacing. Here’s the thread:

Thanks for all of the replies. I had a quick response from Nord UK support and I tried re-installing the OS 1.26 - this immediately brought the pitch stick back to life. However, when I powered the instrument down and re-started the pitch stick was again defunct... I re-installed the OS and again this brought the stick back to life until powered off. I can only presume that something is not being saved when I power off but I'm surprised if I'm the only one with the problem? Anyway I will try re-installing the previous OS as suggested by DanielD71 and see if that gets me wobbling again (at least temporarily)

Can anyone suggest where I might be able to download earlier OS versions? I can only see the current (1.26) on Nord website? Many thanks

Hi, our church also has an NS3 88 with a dodgy pitch stick (lots of random pitch shifting!). Response from Nord UK was that the pitch stick is recalibrated at every power cycle, which would probably explain why you lose the functionality every time you power off.

Random pitch shifting doesn't sound very musical.. Hopefully it will just turn out to be an OS update bug that can be sorted.. I'm just trying to figure how to 'downgrade' the OS to previous version to see if that solves the wayward bendy stick..

I just saw this on NS3 88 OS 1.40. Pitch stick was back after a power cycle.

Hi! My pitch stick stopped working and it's not responding even after a power cycle. I've had this happened before a few months ago and it randomly came back after a few days. Anybody know what is causing this?
