My Nl2XR will only respond to midi notes and velocity, everything else doesn't get though. I know my settings are ok because I hook into a access virus and everything works perfect. I have ruled out midi channels and have the control data turned on. I'm thinking it must be internal so I opened up the unit and I was looking for this jumper that selects wether it's a keyboard or the rack version, thinking maybe that was it? But I haven't been able to find this jumper. Really not sure here, I could use some ideas, thanks all.

PROBLEM FIXED

I opened up the unit, cleaned the bottom of the circuit, put it back together, changed some settings around on my controller, then made my global setting different then my slot setting. Not sure exactly which of those things fixed it but it works now!

I would bet on the controller + NL2x settings having been the actual game changers

The NL2XR is unusual with midi, I came out of the access virus thru port and I was getting stuck notes, so I removed it from the chain and now have the NL connected to the thru port of my controller. Now I don't have any stuck notes!! Very weird... unfortunately the NL does not have a midi thru port so I need to buy a midi thru box now.....
