Program Change via Midi Commander (Android) - Stage 2

Post by thefingers »

Hi Guys,

I have an NS2 with latest OS and an Android Tablet.

I would like to use an app called "Midi Commander" https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... ller&hl=en to change Programs.
It runs on USB-Midi and It's receiving MIDI messages from the NS2 ok.
Has anybody used this before as I'm having trouble setting the Program Changes. Not sure where to add the relevant information.

E.g. for Bank D/Page 15/Program 5 - Which parameters in the app do I assign these to?

Also, are there any other Apps for Android that can do this that anyone can recommend ?

EDIT: See below the screens where we can input the midi data.

Thanks y'all

Hi!

I'll recommend Setlistmaker (or Bandhelper = advanced version).
This sheet will help you with converting the Nord bank/program to midi program change.

Thanks the advice and the conversion file.
I already looked at these before but never really considered that they would do what I needed.

I'm trying out Bandhelper for now. See how it goes.

Yes. I've checked. And your schematic seems legit.
