Hey!
Quick question: I've been thinking recently about the possibility of being endorsed, as I figured I use 100% only Nord keyboards anyway. I'm a session musician in Germany and play at big festivals and tour throughout Europe all year, averaging around 8-10 gigs a month, all on my Stage 2.
Has anyone else got any experience with this? How did you contact Clavia about something other than technical issues?
I've heard that you can contact your distributor, I sent an email to the German distributor but in English since my German is not great, alas I haven't heard back since I sent an email a few days ago.
Any tips/advice appreciated.
Cheers,
Matt

Nord cannot handle these things globally. They are too small and their staff time is better spent doing what they do best -- making instruments. For this reason, those functions are delegated to the national distributors. You will need to contact the German distributor about that.

Re: How does one contact Nord about endorsement?
I beg your pardon, but I have to say, that the possibility to reach Nord-Support is the worst I ever had.
Making music for about 40 years I had organs and Keyboards of all great companies: Yamaha, Roland, Doepfer, Hammond, Kurzweil and Nord. Just now I own a Hammond, a Nord, a Kurzweil and a Yamaha.
In the last 6 months I had several questions in programming and using my Nord5d (and in using my Kurzweil). Kurzweil-Support answered my questions in (maximum!) 12 hours in a sufficient way.
Nord gave no answer, but advised me to their german business partner, who gave me slow, insufficient and superficial answers.
If you have serious questions to nord-Keyboards, you only can hope, that the forum will help you.
In this aspect I have to give "note 5" (german system) or an "F" (american system)

Agree. Have made the same experience...no response whatsoever.
