Hi everyone, I am new to the forum and quite new to organ playing. I just purchased second hand C2D and I'm not quite sure if it is in good condition.
When I turn B3 programme, I hear weird overtone and I'm not sure if it's ok. All drawbars are at zero position. When I raise the volume, the volume of the sound itself raises too. This sound phenomenon appears in all factory settings.
Is it possible, that my C2D doesn't work well or is it just because Nord is trying to imitate the original sound of hammond organs? Thanks a lot for your answers ...

Try opening and re-closing all drawbars. Turn percussion off.

HI Petrusia, welcome to the forum
Try to set the organ setting "tonewheel mode" on a value lower than 3: this is "vintage" and simulates the leakage of all wheels of the organ.

Thanks @stiiiiiiive, I wasn't sure if it's really as good and simulates the whole "vintage" sound. That's great!

Yes, as Stiiiiiiiiiive correctly pointed out, TONEWHEEL MODE is causing this. If you set it to CLEAN that will disappear completely. It's a feature, not a problem.
