Hi

I had a PNO ERROR occur on my Nord Electro 3HP so connected up to my laptop and found that I had a problem with the EP2 that was loaded. So I removed it from the Electro and tried to reload it from the version stored on my laptop but that kept giving the same error.

I tried downloading it fresh from the Nord website and loading that version but also had the same error. I enjoy using the EP2 so does anybody know what I might be doing wrong while loading this EP? I've loaded other piano's without any problem.

Can anybody else reproduce this error?
Does anybody else have a fresh version of the file they can post here so I can try downloading that version?

Sometimes strange file errors go away after shutting off and on a few times (this at least was the case on my Electro 3HP) since the operating system performs some memory checking/cleaning in the startup routine. Not sure whether the E5 behaves the same though.

Do other sounds load into the available memory without problems? Perhaps something went wrong in the file system leaving inaccurate information about EP2. Proper cleaning of the memory/factory reset should take care of this.

Check: do you have the latest OS on your NE3?

Yes. I have the latest OS.

Other sounds have loaded on fine, I've added the bambino piano to test it out and then replaced it again with the silver grand recently. No problems. I'll give it another go over the weekend and see if I can get it to work. Just wondered if it was an error in the file on the nord website as I tried downloading it again and it still didn't work.
