I was reorganizing my piano section and thought of this thread. This is where I am in the post-Nefertiti/Bambino/Chris Maene era, although I didn't manage to cut it quite as close as ArfNz. Not currently finding room for Bambino, even though my Boston friends tell me bad things happen when you let go of the Bambino. Interestingly, the 19 MB mono "maptest" version of the CP80 I have (came from the factory) is nowhere on the Nord website that I can find. Collector's item, I guess.

I would say the CP80 is a collectors item as well. Not sure it is practical in today's music except for certain situations.

And yet the surest way to make sure I'd get asked for that sound in the field would be to delete it...

playing in a grateful dead cover band, that CP80 gets a lot of use. curious though... is there any reason I would want to search out that original "collectors item" file as opposed to the nice stereo version currently available on the clavia site?

Best damn practice piano on the planet. (Well, I own a CP70.)

The mechanics are heavenly, and the sound…matter of taste, but perfect for jazzrock.

Only file size. I stuck with the smaller file because I found it sufficient. When I join a Dead band I'll have to reconsider :)

I am expecting a nord 5hp and I see you have a great selection, mine will leave 0.4 free :). I use bambino, Velvet, mellow but also stay with fazioli and Imperial. I leave one wurly out and load the new rhodes. Anyway great choices!

Update
I like the Blüthner Modell 1 ( velvet grand ) very much, it's my Go To piano
And the Rhodes Mk1 1970 (Nerfertiti ) sounds like the one I was waiting for
Thank you Nord
