Copying Patches

Post by mobodcubism »

Hey guys,

Im on a Nord Lead 4 Rack.

My patch 164 is a sound I really like. However, I want to copy this patch and paste it to sound 165, so that I have two identical versions of the same sound.. Is there a way of doing this on the nord through copying, rather than having to pick a blank patch and then go through and copy each parameter again?

Thanks :D

That is a simple STORE operation. Basically, to store a program, hit STORE once, things begin flashing, navigate to the location to which you wish to store your program, then hit STORE again. Not in front of my instrument right now -- on many/most Nord instruments the STORE button is red. As I recall, the STORE function on the NL4 is very slightly different and involves using SHIFT and another button which has the word STORE printed beneath it. You can confirm this from the front panel of your NR4 and also from the manual.

Bless,

Pablo (aus Altdorf)
