Stage 2: After touch via soft thru to external device

Hey all,

I have a Nord Stage 2 HA with two external devices: one MIDI-keyboard with light-weight keys to control sound in my Nord and one MIDI-device that produces extra sounds that I control via the External section with my Nord. Now, I want to control this external device with my MIDI-keyboard through my Nord Stage. Therefore, I set Soft Thru to ON in the External menu section. This works, however, aftertouch is not send thru. When I play on my Nord, the after touch is correctly sent to the external device, but when I play on my MIDI-keyboard the after touch is sent to my Nord, but not thru to the device... while things like pitch bend are actually send thru. Maybe a bit of a complex situation, but.. any ideas to get this working?
