Does anybody has an advice or a finished sample for the Octav-Piano on Santanas Song "Smooth".
Also an idea to get the Brass-Sound on this Song? I need it in .nsmp format.

What "Octave-piano"?
That's just a not-so-good piano sample. Use any of the nord's samples and turn up the highs and presence some, turn the compressor way up, and give it a little room reverb.
Horns: Which segment? The trumpet section, the trombones, or the full horn section? Take your pick, or just use a generic pop brass sample to play them.

I am v new to this (only got my Nord 3 wks ago) but this is the programme I am using for Smooth. I'm not sure what you mean by octave piano but I use Triple keybd split with brass at the top, piano alone in middle, and piano with some organ (octave up) overlay it on the mod wheel in the lower portion for the chorus. See what you think. Simon

First of all, thanks for the answers and Simon for the sample. BUT.......How can I use the Sample with an .ns2p-ending in my Electro 3??
I think I need an .nsmp-ending Sample? The Sound Manager for my electro 3 doesn't recognize this .ns2p-Sample, because its for the NordStage.
Can you help me?

You can't.
That file is not a sample, it is a Nord stage patch program. It contains no samples, and uses only the stock samples in the Stage 2.
Why are you looking for samples? Are the samples available for the Electro not up to the task? (I used a piano sound from the Electro 2 for that song for years; the horns are still played on a Motif XS.
