Hi,
I found a little thing in the back of my Nord Electro 3 and I don't know what it is. I think it could be some kind of input or something like that. No-one has ever spoken about this thing and I'd like to know what it is. It's between the USB input and the MIDI-in.
Yours,
Lennaert

Hello Lennaert,
Welcome to the forum!
The two pin recessed connector is used by the factory to store the keyboard calibration. It has no other purpose.
There is a response from Nord about this found in the following thread:
nord-piano-forum-f10/unknown-two-pin-connector-t824.html
Cheers, Hanon

Re: Input in the back of NE3
Thanks for the quick reply! I was hoping it was some kind of input you could use... Now I can't buy any new stuff for my NE3 :-( Or I could just buy the company to calibrate the keybed and use the input :-)

Now you're going to have to buckle down and start playing it ;)
Or like me, start making samples for it.
It's an amazingly versatile instrument.
Cheers, hanon
