transpose

My Piano 2 transposes down 1/2 step even after holding the shift button and transpose- it reads Transpose clear. I have to transpose up 1/2 step to make it A140. Any ideas?

Hello,

Do you hold the transpose button and press the up (bank/menu/value) buttons ?
Then it stays transposed even after you pressed shift-transpose (clear) ?

Have you checked the global transpose setting in the system menu ?
