Hi,

My Electro 5D has been playing up. A while ago the blue screen stopped working, but the keyboard still worked fine & I could manage without the screen for most things.

Then a few weeks later, the whole unit died. Nothing powered up at all.

I've checked the fuse, and opened it up to check ribbon connectors are solid. All apparently fine... but still it simply won't power up.

Had anyone else had a similar experience ? Or maybe can suggest what else to try ?

given the history of problems you described, you may have a failure at the PSU (Power Supply Unit) level or (hopefully not) something worse; in any case I suggest you contact the official Nord distributor for UK and ask for the nearest service center where they can check your NE5
