Are there any shortcuts for navigating from one sound bank to another?
Is the selection knob the only option for going from sound bank A to D, L or any other bank? Using the program selection knob seems like a lot of scrolling which could be burdensome. Such a great board just hoping its another way to navigate through the banks

After considering your solution I realized that
saving a program in live mode overrides bank location and in addition to that, live mode doesn't allow you to scroll through programs but limits you to 5 choices, so it seems like the key is systematically organizing banks with your preferences

In my opinion this is the one feature most needed and most lacking, the ability to go from one sound bank to another without turning the selection knob. Considering the high quality and price of the keyboard, I don't understand why that would be overlooked. Seems like a simple update could designate a single button to navigate up increments and another could navigate down by increments

I totally agree with you. Nord should find a way to scroll through the various program banks like, as an example, while in numeric pad navigation mode the Program dial could be used for navigating through letters while Program Select for the numbers as currently already does

The sound banks are a hot mess and in a huge need of a major overhaul. They should be fully programmable and no longer tethered to the strange and archaic letter+base 4 number system that is immediately confusing to newbies. In time you learn to tolerate the system, but it's never a help, and always a hindrance.

This is one area of development where Clavia is really showing its inability to innovate anymore. It has to be said.
