EXP pedal with switches?
EXP pedal with switches?
Hello. I'm in the market for an exp pedal for my Piano 5. I see that some pedals have auxiliary switches. Can the Piano 5 make any use of these additional switches?

Re: EXP pedal with switches?
Hello, nope unless the switch signal runs on a separate output/cable than the pot of the Exp (but what would you use it for on a NP5 anyway? Better get just a normal/simple Exp pedal)

Thanks. Can I use a 25k pot? I lean towards the mission aero pedal.maxpiano wrote:Hello, nope unless the switch signal runs on a separate output/cable than the pot of the Exp (but what would you use it for on a NP5 anyway? Better get just a normal/simple Exp pedal)

Re: EXP pedal with switches?
Should be OK, considering that Yamaha FC7 is 50k and Roland EV5 is 10K (both supported)wengr wrote:Thanks. Can I use a 25k pot?
