Has anyone tried to layer 2 synth sounds? For example; adding brass ensemble to soul horn trio?

You should know that this is not possible within your Electro - it has only one synth engine. If you want to merge multiple sounds, you need to do it with an audio editor or a DAW and create a WAV file. The only input the Nord Sample Editor will accept - apart from directly playing sound into the program.

I figured it was not doable, but worth a try.
