Hi Dave,
Glad to see you've got the TT08 ii. I've owned mine for 3 years now and I agree with everything you say about them. I actually think they compare very well with the L'Acoustics 108P (I used regularly on gigs with sound supplied) which are twice the price of the TT's. I know the TT's are top end for a budget but I doubt I'll buy another pair of speakers for a long time. The clarity and warmth coupled with the physical weight and volume is second to none. Vocals also sound excellent.

Say - the JMK pre-amp JM-110, what is that for? Do you use it with the line signal of your digital piano? Simply instead of a DI box? Just out of curiosity...

For those considering making the RCF purchase:
I have the following: QSC K8.2, RCF TT515, RCF TT10a
I talked to RCF sales, they never heard of the TT08 or TT10 used as keyboard amplification. Mainly used as a fill speaker in fixed installs. Save yourself some money. When I A/B ed the RCF pair with the QSC K8.2 there was only the slightest difference in SQ. Only at high volumes 110dB+ QSC gets harsh and RCF stays crystal clear. If you play at those volumes then get the QSC K10.2 and still save $$$. I love the RCF's but your audience will NEVER know the difference. If you want the best and don't play at those volumes go with the TT515. Sounds exactly like the TT10a! Even the bass is not much better if at all than the TT10. The TT515 is $700 less than the TT08. Almost the same max dB. 1278dB TT515/128dB TT08. I see no reason to go with the 08 over the 515!
