Hi,
I am looking to send Midi Time Code OR 'MTC' messages from Logic X to my Nord Electro 6, so the tempo on the NORD delay is controlled with my DAW/Tempo setting.
I have done this successfully with a Lexicon MX-200 from Logic out To Lexicon. I am simply looking for the internal settings for the Nord, to accept this incoming MTC msg. Here is the midi settings panel in logic, incase anyone is curious how to set it up on Logics side. I just need to know how to set the NORD, and I'm off and running. Thanks y'all.

I haven't heard of Nord instruments reacting to MTC. Some accept MIDI Clock, but that's totally different.

Re: Sending MTC from Logic to Nord Electro 6 HP
MIDI Timecode (MTC) and MIDI Beat Clocks are two different ways to sync (MIDI) devices.
MTC is channelized, meaning that it is sent and received using one MIDI port.
MIDI Beat Clocks are a system common message, which means that it is sent to all ports of a MIDI device.

Re: Sending MTC from Logic to Nord Electro 6 HP
AFAIK, none of the effects in the Electro 6 sync to MIDI clock, and thus, there is no setting for it.
The Stage series can do this — delays, arpeggiator can run synced to external MIDI clock.
